Dripping Fragrant and Fragrant Fragrance - Making Coffee in A Siphon Pot
1.
Prepare coffee beans, coffee mill and siphon pot.
2.
Grind coffee beans. The grinding degree of this method is the best in medium or medium fine.
3.
Pour the alcohol into the alcohol lamp.
4.
Clean the siphon pot. Fix the filter in the middle of the upper pot.
5.
Pour the boiled pure water into the lower pot. Generally, a single cup of coffee uses about 120cc of water, and each additional cup can increase the same amount of water.
6.
Light the alcohol lamp. Place it directly under the lower pot to start heating.
7.
Place the ground coffee powder on top of the filter and shake it a few times to distribute it evenly.
8.
After the water in the lower pot boils, insert the upper pot into the port. The water in the lower pot will rise to the upper pot.
9.
When the water no longer rises, use bamboo chips for the first stir. About 30 seconds after the first stirring, perform the second stirring. At this time, the alcohol lamp moved to the side of the lower pot.
10.
About 20 seconds after the second stirring, the alcohol lamp can be moved from the lower pot on and off. At this time, the temperature of the lower pot is lowered, close to the vacuum state, so that the coffee in the upper pot is sucked into the lower pot.
11.
After all flow into the lower pot, remove the upper pot.
12.
Pour into a cup of hot water.
13.
If you like sweetness, you can add sugar. Add whipped cream if you like milk flavor.
14.
A cup of delicious hot coffee is ready.
Tips:
When stirring, be careful not to scrape the bamboo pieces on the filter below, so as not to cause damage. Stir for about 5 times to fully soak the coffee powder in the water.
