Dry Fried Mackerel Mackerel

Take out the internal organs of the mackerel and wash it.

Make a few strokes on each side of the fish.
3.
Sprinkle with salt and spread evenly.
4.
Put peanut oil in a frying pan and heat to 80% heat.
5.
Add mackerel mackerel.

Fry on both sides.
