Steamed Mackerel

Rinse the fish, drain it, and smear it with salt

Put the fish in the plate, close the lid, and steam for 8-10 minutes on high heat

When the fish is almost ready, start to cook the garlic in a hot pot

The fish is steamed, open the lid and pour the garlic oil on the fish
