Affogato, the English "Affogato", is derived from the Italian "Affogare". It means "immersion", so that the ice cream is immersed in the arms of the espresso. It is coffee and dessert. It is poured on ice cream with freshly extracted espresso coffee. The coffee slowly swallows the ice cream. It looks like marble and merges into a wonderful dessert. You will experience ice and ice after you taste it. The fire blends beautifully. Today I used durian to make a super fragrant ice cream, and then topped it with freshly extracted espresso.
