Durian Cheesecake

Cut the gelatine slices and soak in milk to soften

Put the room temperature cheese into the food processor

Put in white sugar, light cream, durian flesh in turn

Stir the milk and gelatin slices in hot water until the gelatin slices are fully melted, and pour into the food processor

Stir at low speed for one minute, then turn to medium speed until the sugar melts

Mix the cake batter until it is delicate and smooth
