The durian is peeled and the flesh is removed. I sifted through a sieve to make the taste better. Some fibrous tissue is removed.

Because the durian filling I made this time is still used to make ice skin filling, so I added some sugar and fry it a bit, but this step is actually omitted

Put a little water in the pot and bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to the minimum, the white chocolate melts in the water
