Durian Crisp

Crush the durian flesh with a spoon.

2 Indian flying cakes, stacked on top of each other, sprinkled with a thin layer of flour to prevent sticking.

Use a rolling pin to roll the flying cake into rectangular slices, and cut into square slices with a knife.

Gently brush a layer of egg liquid around the dough.

Put an appropriate amount of durian meat in the middle.

Fold the dough sheet in half.
