Durian Pancake

The first step: make pancake skin, the raw materials are as shown in the picture, sifted low powder 75g, white sugar 20g, milk 225g, 1 egg, 13g butter

Sieve the mixture to get a more uniform and delicate batter, put it in the refrigerator, refrigerate for 30 minutes, and the batter is completed.

Heat up the non-stick pan, add a little corn oil, don’t get too hot. Ideally, when the batter comes out of the pan, there will be a slight "pop" sound, so that there will be no pores and the batter can be caught.

Use a spoon to scoop up the batter and fill the same amount each time to ensure that the crust is the same size; pour a spoonful of batter into the pot, lift the pot, turn it gently, and spread it out into a circle with a diameter of 18-20 cm Cake, move fast, because the batter will set quickly

When the surface of the batter is solidified, remove from the heat without turning over; wait for the crust to cool down slightly, lift one side with a bamboo slice, and gently peel off the whole crust; be careful not to burn it, because the pan is still hot at this time

Step 2: Whip the whipped cream, add 20g sugar to 100g whipped cream, and whip until it can be decorated

Put the disposable piping bag on a large-mouth cup of suitable depth (as shown in the picture), so that you can easily put the whipped cream in by yourself

Fill the whipped cream and lift the piping bag to tighten the opening

Use scissors to make a small cut in the front of the piping bag

The third step: wrap the pancake and pave a piece of pancake skin with the heated side up

Squeeze an appropriate amount of whipped cream in the middle

Put a piece of durian meat

Squeeze another layer of whipped cream

Tips:
1. The pancake skin should be spread thinly, otherwise it can't be folded;
2. Before wrapping pancakes, the crust and durian must be refrigerated to cool down;
3. Put more whipped cream and durian meat as much as possible to make the pancakes full and beautiful.
