Durian Pudding

Soak the gelatine slices in ice water in advance

Pour the milk, whipped cream, and white sugar into a small pot, heat on a low heat, stirring constantly, turn off the heat until the white sugar is completely dissolved

Take out the soaked gelatin slices, put them into the milk liquid in the small pot, stir well until the gelatin is completely melted
4.
Cut the durian pulp into small pieces and put them in the blender
5.
Continue to stir until the milk liquid cools to warm state
6.
Pour the milk liquid into the mixer and mix it evenly and smoothly.
7.
Pour into a small cup (small cups of this size can be filled into almost 6 cups)
8.
Cover with plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator until it solidifies
