Easily Make Hong Kong-style Milk Tea at Home (quick Version)

Pour the golden caster sugar into the pot and heat it up slightly.

Pour in purified water and cook with caster sugar until caramel color.

Pour in pure milk and continue heating.
4.
Put in a tea bag and boil it with pure milk.
5.
When the milk tea becomes more and more intense, turn off the heat.
6.
A cup of warm milk tea is ready.
I have been buying a little bit of milk tea before, mainly because I think their tea is more flavorful. It is the Hong Kong-style milk tea flavor I like. In fact, if you don't want to go out, you can make a simple Hong Kong-style milk tea in a few minutes at home!
Tips:
Be sure to boil all the tea flavor in the tea bag.
