Easy Mango Pudding

Prepare pudding powder milk mango.

Wash the mango and cut it in half along the core.

Make a grid on the pulp, but be careful not to cut the skin. Open from top to bottom.

Remove the fruit and remove the pulp.

Add milk to the pudding powder and mix well.

Pour the blended pudding into the blender, then add half of the mango flesh.

Stir into the mango pudding liquid.

Pour the pudding liquid into the milk pan, stir evenly, cook on low heat for 1-2 minutes and turn off the heat.

Put the other half of the pulp into the pudding mold.

Then pour the pudding liquid into the pudding mold, put it in the refrigerator for more than 2 hours after cooling, and then take it out for consumption after solidification.
Tips:
The pudding liquid should be boiled for 1-2 minutes, and the cooking process should be kept stirring to avoid sticking to the pan.
