Egg Delicacies: Golden Egg Rolls

4 chai eggs, beat them into a bowl.

Disperse, add appropriate amount of salt and chopped chives. (I only found out when I went to cut the chives last night 😅)

Apply a thin layer of oil to a flat-bottomed nonstick pan.

Pour the cold oil in the egg liquid and turn the non-stick pan to make the egg liquid round.

Fry on low heat until the egg is solidified, sprinkle with chopped green and red peppers.

Sprinkle with black sesame seeds.

Turn it over carefully with the help of a spatula.

Roll into an egg roll from the outside with the help of a spatula. (Be careful of hot hands.)
9.
Use a spatula to support it on the chopping board and use a knife to cut evenly with two finger widths.

Lay out.

Pour Heinz tomato chili sauce when eating, it's delicious.
