Egg Fragrant Rice Crackers

1. Grilled Floss Leftover Rice

2. Carrots cut into small cubes

3. Cut green pepper into small pieces

4. Cut fresh shiitake mushrooms into small cubes

5. Onion diced

6. Add salt and white pepper to the eggs and thoroughly beat them

7. In a non-stick pan, add a proper amount of oil to heat, pour in carrots and shiitake mushrooms and fry them until they are fragrant. Add proper amount of salt to taste

8. Pour in chopped green pepper and chopped onion and stir evenly, turn off the heat and let cool for a while

9. Pour the big egg mixture into the rice and mix well

10. Add the fried vegetables and mix well

11. Add a proper amount of oil to the non-stick pan and heat it to a low heat

12. Pour the rice mixture

13. Press with a spoon to make the surface flat

14. The bottom is solidified and golden brown with scabs, then turn it over and fry the other side until golden

15. Take out the cut

16. Serve with sweet chili sauce or tomato sauce

Tips:

Be sure to fry the bottom until it is golden and crusted before turning it over to prevent it from falling apart.
