Egg Fried Rice

1. Prepare ingredients.

2. Dice ham, yellow bell pepper, chives, and mushrooms.

3. Blanch the peas and cool them to dry.

4. Add a little sesame oil to the egg liquid and beat it up.

5. Put oil in the pot, put the cold oil into the egg mixture, then turn to high heat, and quickly slide into pieces with chopsticks.
