Egg Pudding

Add 30M water and 25 grams of sugar to the skillet

Boil on low heat until caramel color

Pour the cooked caramel into the main cup and set aside

Pour milk and QQ sugar in another pot, stir while boiling over a low heat to melt the QQ sugar completely, then add the egg yolk and mix well

Filter the cooked pudding once

Then pour it into a mold with caramel and let it stand for about 2 hours to solidify.

After it is completely solidified, use a toothpick to draw a circle along the edge of the pudding to easily demold
Tips:
If it’s hot, put the pudding in the refrigerator for molding.
