Egg Sandwich
1.
Six slices of toast, cut off the sides separately
2.
Beat the eggs into a bowl, add a little salt, beat them up, let stand for half a minute and then disturb evenly. These three eggs make two omelets. I will make a double portion.
3.
Wipe the bottom of the pan with oil. After heating, pick up the pan, pour half of the egg mixture and quickly shake it to form an omelet. Fry for about one minute (the pan is a 26 cm pan)
4.
Wash the cucumber, remove all the tails and cut into thin slices
5.
The bacon was cut into two sections and fried. Cucumber and bacon or other side dishes should be about the same size as your sliced toast
6.
Take a piece of toast and put a layer of salad dressing on the surface
7.
Spread a layer of bacon
8.
Take another piece of toast, spread the salad dressing on the surface and buckle it on the bacon, and spread cucumber slices on it
9.
Take the last piece of toast, spread the salad dressing on the cucumber slices, and the sandwich will be ready. Depending on the size of the omelet you make, if the omelet is big enough, just wrap the sandwich and eat it directly or all two or four servings Eat whatever you want. If you make a small omelet, cut the toast into two and then wrap it in the omelet.
The next part tells you what to do with the leftover leftovers from making sandwiches
