Egg Sandwich

Put the eggs in cold water and heat them. After boiling, half open the lid and turn to medium-low heat to keep it boiling. The yolk can be kept slightly viscous (8min) or fully cooked (10min). After being out of the pan, rinse with cold water and peel off the shell for a while. It is not recommended to cook thoroughly soft-boiled eggs (7min). Too sticky will make the sandwich not clear enough.

Remove the large leaves of lettuce and wash for later use.

Chopped an appropriate amount of onion, put it in a mixing bowl, and add a little salt.

Put the chopped eggs in a mixing bowl. You can also use a food processor. You don't need to chop them too much to retain some egg white taste.

Add the milky milk and the mustard sauce and mix thoroughly (pressing from the four sides to the center while stirring).

After mixing well, taste it and spread it evenly on the bread if it feels okay.

Finally, cut off the four sides, sandwich the lettuce, and cut diagonally into a triangle to enjoy. (The order is to cut the sides, then sandwich the lettuce and then cut diagonally)
