Egg Sweet Rice Wine

Put an appropriate amount of cold water and sweet rice wine in the pot and cook on high heat.

When small blisters begin to form at the bottom of the pot, lightly beat in two eggs.

Bring to a high heat and turn to medium heat, cook until the eggs are completely solidified, then gently copy the bottom of the pot, and use a spatula to remove any foam.

Then cook for 2 minutes until the eggs are fully cooked, add appropriate amount of sugar and wolfberry, mix well and serve.
