Portable Breakfast-glutinous Rice

The numbers in the material table are arbitrary, please adjust the amount of rice according to the number of people, rice: glutinous rice=1:1

Add a small amount of sweet rice wine (no or not) and salt to taste, add appropriate amount of water and cook the rice in a rice cooker

Stir the cooked rice with seaweed and sesame bonito. Some sushi vinegar can be added appropriately, not without it.

Let the rice cool down a little bit. While waiting, prepare the seaweed, pork floss, fried dough sticks, sushi bamboo curtain, and plastic wrap.

Spread the cling film on the bamboo curtain

Scoop a large spoonful of rice and squash it into a square

Spread seaweed on the top, then you tiao (you tiao may need to be cut according to the length), and then the pork floss.
