Egg Tart

Prepare all materials as required.

Heat the milk, sugar and egg yolk and mix well.
3.
As required, take the cream and add 10g of milk to mix.
4.
Mix the milk liquid with the cream, sift it twice, pour it into the tart dough; preheat the oven at 200 degrees for 5 minutes, and then bake for 20 minutes.
Tips:
The tart liquid is sieved to make the taste more delicate.
