Egg Tart
1.
The custard crust is taken out of the freezer and fully defrosted
2.
Add 2 tablespoons of sugar to the milk
3.
Put it on the fire and heat for about 30 seconds. During the heating process, stir with chopsticks to fully dissolve the sugar (as long as the sugar dissolves, turn off the heat), turn off the heat and let cool
4.
Separate the egg white from the yolk (as long as the yolk), break up the yolk
5.
Pour the beaten egg yolks, whipped cream, and condensed milk into the cold milk and stir evenly
6.
Pour the well-stirred egg tart into the egg tart crust (you can put some fruits in the egg tart crust)
7.
Put it in the oven at 220 degrees, preheat for 10 minutes, bake for 20 minutes
Tips:
The oven is different, the time is adjusted, about 15 to 20 minutes
