Egg Tart

Prepare various raw materials

Thaw the tart wrapper slightly and place it in the baking tray

Pour milk, whipped cream, and white sugar into a bowl, heat it in the microwave for a while, and stir until the sugar melts. Add condensed milk and mix well. Add the egg yolk and continue to mix well. Strain the stirred egg tart liquid again.

Pour them one by one into the tart crust, and it's about 80% full.

In the middle of the oven, heat up and down to 210 degrees for 20 minutes. You can also control the temperature according to your own oven, as long as there are irregular coking spots.
Tips:
I put a few chocolate beans when they were almost cooked, so some of them have black spots on them, haha
