Egg Toast Bean Paste Rolls

Cut off the sides of the toast slices.

Roll out the toast slices with a rolling pin.

Spread a layer of red bean paste on the toast.

Roll up the toast slice from one end.

Knock two raw eggs in a bowl and add a little salt.

Whisk the egg liquid evenly, and wrap the toast roll with the egg liquid.
