Egg Wonton

Heat the pan first, then pour a little oil, add the wontons and fry them until they are set.

Add hot water, cover the pot and simmer for a while.

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add the shrimp skins and stir well.

When the water in the pot has almost evaporated, open the lid and pour in the beaten egg liquid.
5.
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and black sesame seeds and fry until the egg is completely set.
