I’ve been entangled with what to eat for breakfast. I’m not getting up early in the morning to go to the vegetable market to see what’s delicious. After walking around, I saw some handmade wontons, so I bought some, and because of the recent body conditioning, I had to eat light, only a little light soy sauce.

Ingredients

Kuaishou Clear Soup Wonton

1. Chop the chives and set aside;

2. Wash dried shrimps and set aside;

3. Wash the lettuce and set aside;

4. Knock the eggs into the bowl, add a little sugar, and beat evenly;

5. If you pour in the egg liquid, fry until solidified; (because my pan is a bit slanted today, it is not round)

6. Fry on one side and pour out, cut into long strips;

7. Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, boil the water and pour the wontons;

8. After boiling again, pour in a bowl of water, cook until the wontons float, add lettuce;

9. After the lettuce changes color, take it out together, then add shredded egg, mustard greens, dried shrimp skin, chopped green onion, and a spoonful of light soy sauce;

10. Just pour in an appropriate amount of clear soup;

Tips:

1. It can be seasoned according to your own preferences;
