Egg Yolk Biscuits

Beat the egg yolk with a whisk, add fine sugar in three times, beat until wet and foamy

Add the sifted low-gluten flour and mix evenly, do not stir in circular motions until the batter is smooth and even

Put the batter into a piping bag, and squeeze out a small round batter with a diameter of about 2 cm on a baking pan lined with parchment paper

Put the baking pan into the preheated oven at 150℃, the upper and middle level, about 15 minutes, until the surface is golden brown and ready to be out of the oven
