Egg Yolk Cookies

First take 3 eggs and separate them with an egg white separator. Only the egg yolk is needed. Beat it in a water-free and oil-free container, and use a whisk to break up.

Add 10 grams of white sugar.

Beat with a whisk until the yolk becomes viscous.

Sift in the cake flour and mix well.

Put it in a piping bag.

Squeeze it evenly into the baking tray, preheat the oven at 150°C on the upper and lower sides. After preheating, put it in the oven and bake for about 10 minutes.
