Eggplant Noodles

Prepare the ingredients, peel and dice the eggplant, and dice the pork belly. Dice and soak in salt water for ten minutes to remove the black material. Stir the diced meat with light soy sauce, salt, cooking wine, and starch to marinate for ten minutes.
