Eggplant with Minced Garlic

Tear (or cut) the long eggplant into strips, salt and marinate for half an hour, squeeze out the water, and steam for 15 minutes.

Flatten the garlic, finely chop, and divide into two portions. Millet pepper cut into circles. Light soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, water and juice.

Stir-fry the minced garlic and chili rings to create a fragrant flavor, add the juice adjusted above and bring to a boil.

Pour it on the eggplant and it's done
Tips:
Very simple home cooking. White sugar is fresh, the salty taste of light soy oyster sauce is enough, no need to add salt, the amount of seasoning is adjusted according to your own taste.
