Eggplant with Mint and Garlic-a Cool Summer Side Dish
1.
Prepare the ingredients.
2.
You can steam the eggplant or use the microwave oven.
3.
Peel the garlic and press it into a mashed garlic.
4.
Wash and chop mint leaves. (No or nothing)
5.
Mix garlic and mint and add salt.
6.
Make a cut on one side of the eggplant, don't cut it through.
7.
Fill the opening with the prepared garlic mint, and do the rest in the same way. Put it in a container with a lid and keep it in the refrigerator for one day before eating.
Tips:
1. For eggplants, choose the small eggplants, which are specially used to make garlic eggplants, each about 10cm in length.
2. Use the steaming method, the eggplant is relatively soft, you need to drain the water, and then add the garlic paste.
3. Be sure to choose a container with a lid! Prevent the "delicious" from leaking, ha ha
