Eggplant with Sesame Sauce

Peel the eggplant, slice it, put it in clean water, add an appropriate amount of salt, and wash twice to avoid oxidation and discoloration.

Put the eggplant on the plate, put it on the pot, and steam for more than ten minutes.

Prepare the sauce when steaming the eggplant. Put four spoons of light soy sauce, one spoon of vinegar, one spoon of sesame sauce, appropriate amount of sesame oil in a small bowl, and mix thoroughly. Mince garlic and add to the juice.

After the eggplant is steamed, serve it out, and pour out the steamed water.
