Eight Treasure Rice (simple and Easy to Use)

1. First put the purple rice and white glutinous rice in a container, wash them thoroughly, put about half a knuckle of the rice in water, and soak overnight.
2. Put the soaked glutinous rice and the container (the big bowl in the picture above) into the steamer, and steam for 40 minutes.
3. Add sugar and lard to the steamed glutinous rice while it is hot, mix well, and set aside.

Cut a red date horizontally with a knife.

Divide in half.

Cut flower knife around jujube pits in equal parts.

Chop the jujube meat a bit, pinch the jujube nucleus and twist it left and right to remove the jujube nucleus.

Both are set.

Stacked together, a simple little flower is ready.

Take a large bowl, brush the oil inside the bowl, and buckle the jujube flower upside down in the middle.

Scoop in the mixed glutinous rice and press it firmly with a spoon as you scoop it.

Spread a layer of bean paste in the middle of the bowl, and then continue to spread glutinous rice.

After paving, flatten and press tightly.

Take a large plate and apply oil to the bottom of the plate (or not)

Tips:
If you are too lazy to make date flowers, you can use red dates instead 😅
