Ejiao Cake

Dong'e Ejiao is beaten into powder.

Soak in Huadiao wine for 24 hours.

Ingredients collection: the walnuts are roasted in the oven and rubbed and peeled, the black sesame seeds are fried, and the rock sugar is powdered.

Cut the red dates and remove the pits.

Add rock sugar powder to donkey-hide gelatin and yellow rice wine, and boil them over medium and low heat.

When you lift the wooden shovel, donkey-hide gelatin can hang the flag (that is, lift up the wooden shovel, and the boiled donkey-hide gelatin will flow down into pieces).

Change to heat preservation state, add walnut kernels and mix well.

Add red dates and mix well.

Add the wolfberry and mix well.

Finally, add the black sesame seeds in two batches and mix well.

Pour into a deep dish lined with greased paper.

Cover it with a layer of oil paper, compact the boiled donkey-hide gelatin cake, and leave it outdoors at low temperature overnight. (Just put it in the refrigerator when it's hot).

Tear off the oily paper and cut the donkey-hide gelatin cake into slices.

People with spleen and stomach deficiency and cold, phlegm-damp constitution, damp-heat constitution should not consume donkey-hide gelatin.
