Crush 200 grams of Dong Ejiao.

Add 200ML rice wine. Soak for half a day, if the whole piece of donkey-hide gelatin is soaked, you have to soak for three days.

Prepare walnuts, black sesame seeds, red dates, medlar and rock sugar.

Stir the donkey-hide gelatin over water until it melts in the rice wine, add rock sugar, and stir the rock sugar until it melts completely. It is easier to melt the rock sugar by breaking it up.

Pour in each ingredient from the same thickness to the fineness, and mix each ingredient until it is evenly mixed before pour the other. Pour and cook for another 15 minutes. Don't stop stirring it.
