Electric Baking Pan Cartoon Shortbread

Beat the chicken fat, powdered sugar, and salt until there are no particles

Then sift the low-gluten flour and cornstarch into the whipped chicken fat and mix evenly with the soup (so that the flour will not be gluten up)

Sift the egg yolk in (put it on the sieve and press it with your hands)

Knead it into a dough and put it in a fresh-keeping bag, roll it to a thickness of 3 cm, and put it in the refrigerator for 20 minutes

Compression molding with cartoon mold

Preheat the electric baking pan for five minutes and put the cake mold in to bake (you can also put the cake mold on the tin foil and then put it in the electric baking pan so that it is easy to clean and not easy to burn. Different brands of electric baking pan have different functions. Be careful not to burn as you bake)
Tips:
Don't put too much chicken fat or it won't be shaped into a flatbread when baking
