Emerald Oil Splashed Noodles

Pour the flour into the basin, add a little salt, wash the spinach and make a juice for later use.

Tips:
Different brands of flour have different water absorption properties, so please add water as appropriate. The side dishes can be replaced with other dishes according to personal preference.
