2. Add two spoons of salt, 2 spoons of light soy sauce, 2 spoons of dark soy sauce, 2 spoons of oyster sauce, and half a spoon of five-spice powder. 3. Turn to low heat, simmer for 1 hour, and wait until the soup is almost harvested. The process is too dry to add water.
Tips:
Do not cook the marinated egg with the others. It is easy to break. Put it in a separate bowl, crack the shell or remove the shell, save some soup and pour it into the bowl, and it will be cooked overnight.
