Fermented Bean Curd Chicken Wing Root

Prepare chicken wing roots, wash them, soak them for half an hour, and rinse them with running water;

Homemade fermented bean curd, soft white sugar prepared;

Use toothpicks to prick holes on both sides of the cleaned chicken wings;

Crush the fermented bean curd and mix it with fermented bean curd juice and soft white sugar;

Mix the fermented bean curd from step 4 with the roots of chicken wings;

After mixing well, rub the roots of chicken wings repeatedly with both hands, then marinate for about 2 hours;

Brush the baking pan with a proper amount of vegetable oil, and power on to preheat;

Put the roots of chicken wings in the baking tray;
9.
Close the lid and start the [Grilled Chicken Wings/Skewers] function;
10.
The fried chicken wing root is served.
Tips:
Holes, massage, and marinade the chicken for about 12 hours are all to make the chicken taste easier.
