Fetal Noodles

Clean the mussels, add water to boil them, remove the shells and take the meat. Be careful not to eat the water used to cook the fetal shells, otherwise the swelling will appear.

Add a proper amount of water to the pot, boil, add the noodles, stir constantly with chopsticks to prevent sticking

After it's cooked, remove it and put it in cold water and let it pass over it.

Drain the water and set aside,

Restart the pan, add a little oil to the pan, pour the meat sauce and fry it,

Add the fetal meat and stir fry a few times, turn off the heat
7.
Put the noodles on the plate,
8.
Boil the fried meat sauce.
Tips:
Be careful not to eat the water used to cook the fetus, otherwise it will reduce the swelling.
