First Try---------cheese Cake
1.
The cream cheese is melted with milk in water, and stirred until it becomes non-granular. First, cut the cheese into small cubes to make it easier to mix.
2.
After the cheese is stirred and melted, add the butter that has been heated in water and stir evenly (forgot to take the photo of the butter)
3.
Sift the low flour and cornstarch into the cheese paste and mix well
4.
Add the egg yolks in portions and stir again.
5.
For wet foaming, when the egg whites are made into thick bubbles, add 1 tablespoon of white vinegar and continue to beat. Add the sugar in three times during the beating process. (Because it is the first time to make it, the end is slightly bent as shown in the figure, and it should be OK Up)
6.
Quickly take out one third of the beaten egg whites, put them in the cheese batter, cut and mix evenly, and then pour the cheese batter back into the egg whites and chop evenly.
7.
Pour the cheese paste into a mold coated with olive oil and shake it lightly. Because it is a rookie level, I haven't bought a large mold yet, so I can only make a small one. I made four and two rectangular ones. Let's bake them in the oven. Cover these two with plastic wrap and wait for them to bake.
8.
The oven was preheated at 160 degrees, and baked at 180 degrees. When the surface was colored, I changed it to 150 degrees and continued to bake. It took 1 hour to bake. The baking tray is also very shallow. I quickly added a little water in the middle. There is cracking, one hour, wait and so on.
9.
I took it out halfway and took a sneak shot!!! The color is not bad.
10.
The house is full of fragrance, the time is up, and it is out. Because it is the first time to do it, I will inevitably be a little excited to see the finished product, so I didn't wait to let it cool, so I hurriedly cut it
11.
After fiddling around for a long time, I took a picture, and solved it with my husband.
12.
Fragrant and slippery
13.
Come to mouth
