Fish Cake Soup

Prepare winter melon, loofah, fish cakes, and ginger.

Add water to the casserole and cook the ginger until it tastes out.
3.
Add the winter melon chunks.
4.
Add the loofah slices and cook until the melon is cooked.
5.
Cut the fish cake into strips and cook.
6.
Turn to low heat and simmer for five minutes.
7.
Add appropriate amount of fine salt.

The fish cake soup can be completed.
