Fish Steak Multigrain Pancakes

Mix all the flour

Beat the eggs into the bowl

Add most of the egg liquid
4.
Add water and a little salt and stir to make a batter

Submerge the fish steak with salt and cooking wine for a while

Dip dry and fry for later use

Lettuce washed

Mix several sauces thoroughly (the yellow sauce in the picture can be left alone)

Spread a little oil on the electric baking pan, pour a spoonful of batter, and spread

Tips:
1. The sauce is actually not limited to the way the pancakes are made. If the salt content of the batter and fish steak is enough, it will still be delicious without the sauce.
2. Carved fish fillet is a kind of sea fish meat, without thorns, and is sold at the frozen counter in supermarkets. Relevant recipes have been posted before.
