Fish Tofu Soup

Prepare the materials, slaughter the spinefish, wash and drain the water

Tofu cut into small pieces

In a frying pan, sauté ginger, onion and garlic

Add scorpionfish to both sides and fry until fragrant
5.
Fortified wine
6.
Add warm water, add some salt
7.
Bring to a boil, add tofu, bring to a boil again, change to medium-low heat and simmer for about 20 minutes

Sprinkle some pepper and chopped green onion at the end.
