Fish Tofu Soup

Wash the porchfish that I bought.

Divide, chop, wash, cut appropriate amount of ginger slices for later use.

Heat oil in a pot, add ginger slices, and stir out the fragrance.

Pour the spinefish cubes and stir fry.
5.
Pour the cooking wine and stir fry.
6.
Pour in the soft tofu, without cutting the tofu, the tofu will naturally spread out during the cooking process.

Move in an appropriate amount of water.

Use a spatula to gently push the fish pieces to prevent sticking to the bottom, then cover the pot and cook.
9.
After the high heat is boiled, turn the heat to medium and low heat for about 20 minutes, open the lid and add the seasonings.

Pour in the chopped green onion.

Stir evenly to get out of the pot. This soup is so delicious~~
Tips:
Be careful when cleaning the spinefish. The spines on the back of the fish will open suddenly, making it easy to get stuck in your hands.
