Five Grain Soy Milk

Prepare 10g each of soybeans, black beans, red beans, peanuts, and black sesame seeds, soak them overnight in advance, and you can squeeze soy milk in the morning.

Soak the beans in the soymilk machine.

Add 800ml water.

After adding water, start squeezing soy milk.

Pour the squeezed raw soy milk into a milk pan and cook, add an appropriate amount of rock sugar.
Tips:
1. Beans can be selected as you like, you can add some walnuts, red dates, etc.
2. I use a cooking machine, so I can't directly heat the soy milk. If it can be heated directly, it will be more convenient. After heating, it will be poured out and then the rock sugar will be added.
