This little jelly is very simple, tastes good, and has a romantic feeling. I made a few on the weekend, and it was icy and refreshing. It’s very romantic to taste and watch a movie with my husband.

Ingredients

Flower Nectar Jelly

1. Brew flower nectar with boiling water, soak gelatine slices in cold water to soften

2. The soaked gelatin tablets melt in water

3. Take 150 grams of flower nectar, add appropriate amount of fine sugar to taste according to your taste

4. Pour the melted fish gelatin liquid, mix well, and pour it into the mold

5. Put a little bit of flower nectar into the fruit, put it in the refrigerator until it is solidified, and then demould it.
