After the first kneading is over, add butter cut into small pieces and continue to choose kneading for 17 minutes. Different types of bread machines have different kneading time, and it is better to pull out the glove film. Flatten the mixed dough, put it in a fresh-keeping bag, and freeze it in the freezer layer of the refrigerator for 1 hour
