4.
Divide the dough into 7 equal parts, each is about 72 grams, round and cover with plastic wrap to prevent air drying
5.
Roll the dough into an oval one by one
6.
Roll it up again, and cover with plastic wrap every time you make one
7.
Roll out the dough to a length of more than 30 cm
8.
Roll it up and put it in a 300g toast box. A 300g toast box can hold 4 bread bases. I also use a pound cake tin to put the remaining 3 bread bases (if you use 450g Toast box, just divide the dough into 3 parts, the same step operation)
9.
Put the bread dough into the Dongling K40C oven and ferment at 35 degrees for about 40 minutes. Place a bowl of warm water in the oven to maintain humidity. The bread embryos are fermented for 7 or 8 minutes, take out, and the surface is brushed with a layer of whole egg liquid
10.
Put it in the bottom layer of the oven that has been preheated to 170°C and 185°C, and bake for about 30 minutes. When it is baked to 10 minutes, the surface is stained seriously. You can cover with tin foil to prevent stain Too deep. (The actual baking temperature depends on the temper of your own oven. If you have the same model as mine, you can refer to this temperature)
11.
After baking, take out the bread, shake it out, pour it on the drying rack and let cool, put the uneaten bread in a fresh-keeping bag, tie the bag tightly, and store at room temperature
