Hot Dog Bun

Ingredients. This cheese sausage is super delicious for hot dogs, and children love it.

Put all the dough materials except butter into the bread machine, knead the dough for a procedure, put the butter softened at room temperature, and knead the dough for a procedure.

You can pull out the not too thin glove film and make hot dog buns enough.

Put it in the pot, cover the lid and ferment to 2 times the size, you can poke a hole that does not retract. Now that the weather is hot, fermentation at room temperature is enough.

Move to the chopping board, press the exhaust, divide into 4 parts, and relax for 15 minutes.

Take a piece of dough, roll out a rectangular piece of dough, thin one side.

After rolling it up, rub it into a long strip, with the thinner side on the outside.

The long strips are connected end to end, the cheese sausage is placed in the middle, and the joint is pinched tightly.

Place it in a baking tray and line the baking tray with parchment paper.

Put it in the oven and ferment it to twice its size. The embryo will become fluffy and light, and it can rebound by touching it with your hands. Squeeze the salad dressing and sprinkle with chopped green onions.

Tips:
1. The temperature and time are for reference only, and can be adjusted flexibly according to my own oven. I use the ACA air frying oven EAF18A.
2. Salad dressing and chopped green onions make this bread more delicious, don't omit it.
