Fondant Rose Cake
1.
Prepare the required items (time is tight and the task is heavy, the previous cake part is ignored, and the record starts from the production of fondant roses)
2.
Carve out the pattern with a mold and divide it into small parts
3.
I pressed the rose petals with the push method. I forgot to buy a cushion for making flowers, so I pressed it directly with my fingers.
4.
It’s best to twist your fingers back and forth to make the petals more like a bit
5.
Roll a dough to make the heart part
6.
Glue the petals together one by one according to the size
7.
Also made another color
8.
The glued flowers have to wait patiently for them to dry
9.
Cut the fondant cream into long strips and use it to decorate the joints of the cake. I use a moon cake mold. Haha, am I too good at it?
10.
Decorate the strips at the junction of the cake body
11.
Paste the finished rose assembly on the cake
12.
Come to a finished picture as a souvenir
Tips:
1. I don’t have a small mold. The top one is a large one. It may not be very accurate in size. You can ignore it.
2. I found that the more pigments added to the fondant cream, the more viscous it is. It must be used with white oil and powdered sugar
3. If you find it troublesome, you can just stick the petals directly on the petals in the order of 1, 3, 5, 2, and 4 without cutting them into small flowers.
4. The connection can be imagined arbitrarily, I am tired, I cut it into a ribbon shape quickly
